Therapy Services

What are Therapy/Treatment Services?

Our therapy/treatment services includes therapy/counselling, occupational therapy, and cognitive rehabilitation. Treatment services are offered by our Clinical Social Workers, Registered Psychotherapist, and Occupational Therapists. Dr. Smolewska is currently not accepting any new clients for psychological treatment sessions.

 

The Clinical Social Workers and Registered Psychotherapist on our team offer therapy for a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, stress management, coping strategies for those who are neurodiverse (e.g., highly sensitive, autistic, ADHD), parent/family support, self-regulation/executive functioning techniques, and more. The age demographic seen are children, teens, and adults.

 

The Occupational Therapists on our team offer support in numerous areas of daily living across the lifespan (e.g., toileting, eating, self-regulation, sensory support, attention and executive functioning support, fine and gross motor development, and social skill improvement). Our Occupational Therapists see infants, toddlers, children, teens, and adults.
