How do I make an appointment?

Currently, Dr. Smolewska is accepting certain new assessment referrals and virtual GMT cognitive rehabilitation referrals, but not new treatment referrals. Our Clinical Associates (Social Workers [RSWs] and Occupational Therapists [OTs]) are accepting new treatment referrals. Please visit the “Book an Appointment” tab to see their general availability. We offer a free 15-minute consultation session for individuals who have questions regarding our services. You may also contact the office at 226-212-4842 or info@drkathysmolewska.ca to book an appointment. We can answer any questions that you may have.

Is there a long waiting list for an appointment?

The length of the wait time varies by clinician and types of services your are seeking. Below are the current estimates for our treatment and assessment wait times.

Wait time is approximately 17 months, but there is a cancellation list.

Is there flexibility with appointments? Are appointments always during working hours?

Yes, there is flexibility with some appointments. Some, but not all, of our clinicians have evening and weekend appointments available.
