How do I make an appointment?

Currently, Dr. Smolewska is accepting certain new assessment referrals, but not new treatment referrals. Our Clinical Associates who are Clinical Social Workers (RSWs) and an Occupational Therapist (OT) are accepting new treatment referrals. Please visit the “Book an Appointment” tab to see their general availability. We offer a free 15-minute consultation session for individuals who have questions regarding our services. You may also contact the office at 226-212-4842 or [email protected] to book an appointment. We can answer any questions that you may have.
